🇫🇷 Raúl Fernández a signé dimanche sa première victoire de la saison 2026 en MotoGP, en dominant le Grand Prix de Grande-Bretagne à Silverstone de bout en bout — plus de trois secondes d’avance sur Marco Bezzecchi, deuxième, et Jorge Martín, troisième. Une performance d’autant plus marquante que le pilote madrilène de l’écurie Trackhouse (Aprilia) s’était pourtant fait piéger la veille par une chute lors du sprint. Il devient le 12e vainqueur différent du Grand Prix britannique en douze éditions — Silverstone continue de ne jamais couronner deux fois le même pilote.

C’est le deuxième succès de la carrière de Fernández en catégorie reine, après celui décroché en Australie l’an dernier — et il tombe à point nommé : le pilote venait tout juste de prolonger son contrat avec Trackhouse jusqu’à fin 2028. Marc Márquez, neuf fois champion du monde, a pour sa part terminé septième, et voit son avance en tête du championnat fondre à 40 points sur Bezzecchi.

🇬🇧 Raúl Fernández claimed his first win of the 2026 MotoGP season on Sunday, dominating the British Grand Prix at Silverstone from lights to flag — finishing more than three seconds clear of runner-up Marco Bezzecchi and third-placed Jorge Martín. The performance was all the more striking given the Madrid-born Trackhouse (Aprilia) rider had crashed out during Saturday’s sprint. He becomes the 12th different winner of the British Grand Prix in twelve editions — Silverstone still hasn’t crowned the same rider twice.

It’s the second premier-class win of Fernández’s career, following his breakthrough victory in Australia last year — and it comes at a fitting moment: the rider had just signed a contract extension with Trackhouse through the end of 2028. Nine-time world champion Marc Márquez finished seventh, seeing his championship lead over Bezzecchi shrink to 40 points.
